Statewide Appraisal Services was established in 1987.
Our territory includes all 8 counties in the State of
Connecticut.
All our appraisers are licenced and certified by the State
of Connecticut.
Appraisals are reviewed prior to delivering any reports.
All reports are prepared in accordance with the standards
and reporting requirements of the uniform standards of
professional appraisal practice of the Appraisals Foundation,
as adopted by FIRREA Title IX and amended by the FDIC
and the Appraisal Institute.
All appraisers are required to attend classes and seminars
sponsored by the Appraisals Institute and/or the State
of Connecticut.
We have full time staff within the office during regular
business hours.
We are able to deliver appraisals electronically in many
formats.
